Circuit Training utilizing multiple muscle groups. Continuous classic cardio moves, such as jumping jacks, burpees and squat jumps mixed with cycles of strength training. Get your heart up and your sweat on! EQUIPMENT NEEDED: -Mat -Light weights (3, 5 or 8lb dumbbells)
