This full body workout challenges your core and balance in every exercise. Each workout is unique to keep your mind and body guessing, with modalities including cardio, strength and flexibility. You keep yourself accountable by staying present in the workout and get stronger by learning something new.
EQUIPMENT:
-Mat and light weights (3, 5 or 8lb. dumbbells)
*Additional equipment may be used in the future including bands, sliders and a pilates ball.
