Initial Consultation
Prior to committing to ongoing private training, a consultation is strongly advised. This 45-minute session covers your health history, exercise and nutrition background, and future goals. Following this, a brief workout allows for observation of movement patterns, mobility, and strength imbalances. Together, we'll devise a personalized plan moving forward.
Pricing: $70/session

Private or Semi-Private Training
My private and semi-private sessions are thoughtfully designed to meet you exactly where you are—and help you grow from there. These curated workouts are tailored to your individual goals and needs, with a strong focus on form, safety, and fun. Whether you’re working one-on-one or alongside a partner, I take the time to understand your movement patterns, flexibility, strength, and balance to build smart, effective, and engaging sessions.
All private clients receive access to my weekly LIVEstream classes and a video library for extra support between sessions. You’ll also benefit from more personalized check-ins and guidance to keep your momentum strong.

Group Classes - LIVEstreaming
Looking for a way to be consistent with your exercise in a convenient way? LIVEstream classes may be just what you’re looking for. These packed 30 minute workouts are all encompassing for building strength, balance and cardiovascular health. Meeting over Zoom supports accountability and is an energizing way to get your day started. My monthly on-line class schedule (typically M-F at 7:30am) and Zoom link in Sunday newsletter sent straight to your inbox. Access to my online video library is also included for you to do at your convenience.

In Person Group Training/Classes
Our group classes are a dynamic blend of movement, balance, mobility, and strength—designed to challenge your body while supporting your mind. Each class offers a thoughtful combination of functional training and intentional movement patterns that help build muscular strength, improve joint mobility, and enhance overall coordination.
We also focus on creating new neural pathways through purposeful sequencing and varied exercises, which not only benefit physical performance but also support cognitive health and mind-body awareness. It’s a full-body experience that leaves you feeling stronger, more connected, and more energized.
Whether you're new to movement or looking to deepen your practice, these classes offer a welcoming, uplifting environment where progress and community go hand-in-hand.
These 60-minute workouts are both challenging and joyful.
